Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front End Lead Cashier to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the front-end cashier team, providing training, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily cashier operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system management, pricing accuracy, and sales transactions
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive shopping experience through exceptional communication skills




- Coordinate with merchandising and purchasing teams to ensure proper product presentation and stock levels at the checkout area
- Enforce store policies on cash handling, security procedures, and safety protocols to protect assets and ensure compliance

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience in retail sales or cashier roles with a focus on leadership excellence
- Strong proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service excellence
- Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and retail management practices
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
