Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Site Supervisor will coordinate between various teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Assist with general construction and renovation projects.
- Perform framing, drywall installation and repairs.
- Complete minor carpentry and finishing tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and safety standards




- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs and assisting with construction estimating as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of progress, changes, and inspections throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting and project documentation
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or safety protocols are preferred
