Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team in Edmonton. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized care to our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.




- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring techniques is a plus.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Familiarity with Alzheimer's or dementia care is beneficial.
