Kootenay Chrysler is looking for the right person to join our team in a Parts & Service Advisor role.

We're a smaller dealership, and we like it that way.

Our people work together, know our customers and jump in where they're needed. That's why we're looking for someone versatile who can work comfortably on both sides of the counter — Parts and Service.

You don't need to be an expert at both on day one.

If you've got automotive knowledge, solid people skills and the right attitude, we can work with that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the day, you'll:

- Greet customers and write service appointments
- Build repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Prepare estimates and keep customers updated
- Look up, source and order parts
- Help technicians get the parts they need
- Assist retail and wholesale parts customers
- Help keep Parts and Service organized and moving
- Jump in wherever the team needs you

Some days you'll spend more time in Service. Other days Parts might need you.

That's the point.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and can become a person both the team and our customers can count on.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You might already be a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, technician or apprentice, or working in an independent repair shop, parts store, heavy equipment, powersports or RV industry.

We're looking for someone who:





- Understands vehicles and enjoys learning
- Is genuinely good with customers
- Stays organized when things get busy
- Takes initiative
- Works well with technicians and coworkers
- Can switch gears when priorities change
- Takes pride in solving problems

Experience matters, but so do common sense, mechanical aptitude, personality and work ethic.
