The Hurricane Group is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow our business across Southwestern Ontario. We provide hydrovac, sewer and liquid waste services, as well as pipe inspection and flushing. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and connect customers with the right services for their needs.

Responsibilities

- Develop and carry out sales and business development plans for Southwestern Ontario.
- Identify prospective customers, projects and markets, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations, and follow up on opportunities.
- Track sales activity, customer contacts and opportunities.
- Work with operations and other team members to coordinate customer requirements and support a smooth service experience.
- Represent The Hurricane Group professionally at customer meetings,



industry events and other business development activities.
- Monitor local market activity and share insights that can support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development or account management; experience in construction, environmental services, waste management or a related industry is an asset.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups.
- Proficient with common business software and tools for tracking sales activity.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.
