We are looking for a skilled and reliable carpenter to assist with putting up walls inside a warehouse. The successful candidate will help with measuring, cutting, framing, and installing wall structures according to project requirements. Experience with commercial or industrial construction is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with building and installing interior warehouse walls.
- Measure, mark, and cut lumber, metal studs, drywall, and other construction materials as required.
- Install wall framing and secure materials properly.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions, measurements, and construction plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred.
- Experience with wall framing and installation is an asset.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift construction materials and perform physical work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
