Dental Receptionist – Join the 32 Pearls Dental Team

At 32 Pearls Dental, we do things a little differently. We combine cutting-edge oral health care with a practice culture where people, our patients and our team always come first. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to be part of our team welcoming patients to our practice and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.

This is more than a front desk role, you’ll be the first point of connection for our patients, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive. You’ll also be an essential part of our team behind the scenes, making sure our schedules, records, and communications flow seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

- Greet every patient with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage the check-in process and assist with scheduling and confirming appointments (Paradigm Software).
- Handle phone calls and patient inquiries with clarity and care.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, always ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Process payments and insurance claims.
- Support the team with day-to-day office tasks like filing, data entry, and supplies management.
- Collaborate with our dental staff to make every patient’s experience positive and stress-free.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Dental Receptionist (or similar role in a dental/medical office) considered an asset.




- Familiarity with Paradigm and electronic medical records systems is a robust asset.
- Comfort with multi-line phone systems and excellent communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is motivated, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- A team member who is interested in growth and learning.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
