RPI Group is currently recruiting for multiple Full-Time Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager opportunities across Alberta.
We are seeking licensed pharmacists who are looking for long-term, full-time positions with competitive compensation, signing bonuses, retention incentives, and opportunities in both urban and rural communities.

Current Opportunities
Alberta – Staff Pharmacist
Location: Approximately 3 hours northeast of Edmonton
Compensation: $75–$77/hour
Signing Bonus: $15,000
Retention Bonus: $10,000
Alberta – Pharmacy Manager
Location: Approximately 3 hours east of Edmonton
Compensation: $87–$92/hour
Signing Bonus: Available
Alberta – Staff Pharmacist
Location: Approximately 1.5 hours west of Edmonton
Compensation: $70/hour
Signing Bonus: $15,000
Retention Bonus: $15,000
Alberta – Staff Pharmacist
Location: Approximately 5 hours north of Edmonton
Compensation: $80/hour
Signing Bonus: $15,000
Retention Bonus: $15,000
Alberta – Staff Pharmacist
Location: Approximately 2 hours 40 minutes north of Edmonton
Compensation: Up to $80/hour
Signing Bonus: Up to $30,000
Alberta – Staff Pharmacist
Location: Approximately 3 hours east of Calgary
Compensation: $70–$75/hour
Signing Bonus: $15,000
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely
Providing comprehensive medication counselling and patient care
Conducting medication reviews and clinical services
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Supporting pharmacy operations and maintaining regulatory compliance
Providing immunizations and other professional services, where applicable
Building strong relationships with patients and the local community
For Pharmacy Manager positions, overseeing pharmacy operations and leading the pharmacy team
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Pharmacist in Alberta
Active registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)
Previous Canadian pharmacy experience preferred
Strong clinical and patient-care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Pharmacy management experience required for Pharmacy Manager opportunities
Experience with pharmacy software systems is an asset
What We Offer
$70–$92/hour, depending on position and experience
