The Opportunity
This is more than an onboarding or administrative position. You'll play a direct role in expanding Nexhome's contractor network by identifying qualified subcontractors, establishing strong business relationships, managing the recruitment pipeline and ensuring contractors are ready to take on jobs.
You'll work closely with our operations and installation teams while using Nexhome's internal CRM and technology platform to manage contractor information, onboarding, availability and activation.
We're looking for someone who can build solid long-term relationships, understand the trades, master our systems and take ownership of results.

- Explain Nexhome's business model, contractor requirements and partnership opportunities.

- Coordinate with operations to ensure contractors are ready before receiving their first job.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and resolve routine onboarding issues promptly.
CRM & Technology Management
- Become proficient in Nexhome's internal CRM portal and contractor management systems.
- Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date contractor profiles, documentation, service areas and availability.
- Track contractor progress through each onboarding stage and maintain clear records of outstanding requirements.
- Use technology confidently to manage multiple contractors, monitor performance indicators and identify process gaps.
Technical & Operational Coordination
- Develop a practical understanding of HVAC, heat pumps, gas, electrical, plumbing, water treatment and related home services.
- Understand the differences between trades, contractor qualifications and the types of work each contractor is equipped to perform.

- Highly tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, online portals, spreadsheets and multiple digital systems.
- Technically curious: Able to learn trade terminology, understand contractor capabilities and develop practical industry knowledge.
- Organized and accountable: Manages multiple priorities, maintains accurate records and takes responsibility for results.
- Proactive and resourceful: Identifies gaps,
solves routine problems and moves work forward without constant supervision.
- Business-minded: Understands that the objective is to build a reliable, responsive contractor network—not simply collect names or complete paperwork.
