Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support bilingual customers by providing services in both English and Spanish




- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Skills

- Robust communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback effectively
- Experience in sales, with a focus on upselling products or services
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor during customer interactions
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs
- G5 License mandatory
