Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction




- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Helps in kitchen operations including cutting,chopping,dishwashing etc.

Skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and presentation standards
- Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines and sanitation practices
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
