Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory management to maximize profitability
- Handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor store performance through sales analysis and implement strategies for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment




- Manage purchasing decisions to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling costs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, supervising staff, and maintaining cleanliness

Experience

- Proven experience in retail sales management or store supervision with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and additional languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising software, and basic bookkeeping tools
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, team management, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Background in supervising staff, managing payroll processes, pricing strategies, and customer service excellence
- Ability to analyze sales data using math skills for strategic decision-making
- Prior experience in retail management roles that required negotiation skills and vendor purchasing knowledge
