Sol Roofing & Exteriors is looking for motivated, confident, and outgoing people to join our growing sales and lead generation team in Calgary.

In this role, you’ll work in residential neighbourhoods speaking directly with homeowners, introducing our roofing and exterior services, and identifying homeowners who may be interested in a free roof assessment or quote.

No previous roofing or sales experience is required. We provide training, scripts, ongoing coaching, and support to help you become confident speaking with homeowners and generating qualified leads.

This is a good chance for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and developing practical sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Speak with homeowners in assigned Calgary neighbourhoods
- Introduce Sol Roofing & Exteriors and explain our services
- Ask homeowners questions about the age and condition of their roof
- Identify interested homeowners and generate qualified leads
- Schedule homeowners for roof assessments when appropriate
- Accurately record lead information using company applications
- Follow provided sales scripts and lead-generation processes
- Participate in regular training and coaching
- Represent the company professionally while working in the field

This position involves door-to-door residential outreach.

- Able to travel throughout Calgary
- Available approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Available for approximately 4–5 shifts per week

Previous sales, canvassing, roofing, or marketing experience is an asset but is not required.

Compensation & Training

- $20–$35 per hour
