About Le Four
Le Four Bakery & Restaurant is expanding, and we’re building a new culinary team!
As we prepare to open our current location, we’re looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated cooks to join us on this exciting journey.
At Le Four, we combine the authentic culinary traditions of Damascus with the craftsmanship of Italian cuisine, specializing in traditional Manakish, Neapolitan-style pizza, and premium Middle Eastern dishes.
We value quality, consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Le Four’s recipes and standards.
* Independently manage an assigned kitchen station when required.
* Prepare dough, toppings, sauces, and other fresh ingredients.
* Assist with or independently prepare traditional Manakish and Neapolitan-style pizza.
* Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Maintain clean and organized workstations.
* Support inventory control and minimize food waste.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous professional kitchen experience preferred.
* Experience in Middle Eastern cuisine,
Manakish, pizza, or bakery operations is a strong asset.
* Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and professional ovens is highly valued.
* Ability to work independently and handle high-volume service.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
* Excellent teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
* Availability for evenings and weekends.
