We are looking for a part time Receptionist to work 3pm to 7pm Monday to Thursday and Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm.
If available you can start right away.
Administrative Duties:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a qualified environment
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
Starting Rate $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
