In this role, you'll contribute to a variety of physical tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Whether assisting with loading/unloading trailers, material handling, or general site assistance, your proactive attitude and solid work ethic will help ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies on-site
- Support construction or maintenance teams by carrying tools, equipment, and materials as needed
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as setting up barriers or signage
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Operate basic equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or power tools (if certified)




- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily project goals and deadlines

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work setting
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a team-oriented setting
- Previous experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to physical work environments
