Medical Receptionist / Office Admin

This position is for a permanent, full time - Medical Receptionist and Office Administrator. The successful candidate will report directly to the clinic owner, and office Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:





-Receiving/Taking/Managing Phone lines and emails for patient appointment management

-Billing Private Insurance companies

-Managing Scheduling Software

-Invoicing 3rd party payers (i.e. MVA), along with managing accounts receivable
