We are looking for a skilled, professional, and personable Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, provides exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.

Responsibilities

- Perform qualified aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments offered by the salon/spa
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate services and products
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for skincare products and at-home routines
- Create a comfortable, professional, and welcoming environment for clients
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure treatment rooms and work areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Stay up to date with current skincare, beauty, and aesthetic trends
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings
- Follow all salon/spa policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations




- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive workplace environment

Qualifications

- Aesthetician/Esthetician certification or relevant training
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or aesthetic environment is an asset
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, and professional treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients feel confident
