Demand Planning Analyst

Our client is currently looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join their Finance & Accounting team in Scarborough, ON.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update monthly sales forecasts by customer and product.
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy while refining forecasting methods and tools.
- Establish and manage inventory targets, including safety stock levels.
- Analyze SKU performance and recommend actions such as rationalization or end-of-life adjustments.
- Track and report key supply chain and demand planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and machine utilization.
- Facilitate consensus-building for forecasts across Sales,



Operations, Finance, and other departments.
- Maintain up-to-date demand planning documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar planning role.
- Experience with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) - including key inventory metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
