We are seeking a Part time Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational
- Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding across HRIS
- Maintain and update employee records in Payworks
- Administer and oversee advantages




- Apply for and manage government grants
- Manage Temporary foreign worker camp and workers

Experience

- 3+ of experience in Human Resources
- CPHR or CPHR Candidate designation is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong knowledge of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
