We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Cosmetic Injector & Laser Practitioner to join a reputable, physician-led medical aesthetics clinic in Surrey, BC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about medical aesthetics and enjoys combining clinical expertise with patient education and relationship-building. The position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the clinic grows its patient base.

Responsibilities

- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, with an emphasis on safety and natural-looking results.
- Administer IV injections and perform other authorized treatments within your scope of practice, training, and clinic protocols.
- Perform other medical aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice and demonstrated competency, including PRP , skin boosters, and other applicable treatments.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser and energy-based procedures.
- Provide post-surgical lymphatic drainage treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and appropriate skincare.




- Apply sound clinical judgment and recognize, respond to, and appropriately escalate potential adverse events or complications.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic standards and applicable skilled requirements.
- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through excellent service, patient education, thoughtful treatment recommendations, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical aestheticians, and the clinic team to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the clinic by fostering positive patient relationships, retention, and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

- RN, LPN, or NP, licensed and in valuable standing with BCCNM.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Completion of recognized cosmetic injectable training, including Botox and dermal fillers, with practical clinical experience.
- Appropriate training, authorization, and demonstrated competency for IV injections and other medical aesthetic procedures performed.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, contraindications, patient assessment, and complication management.




- Confidence in recognizing and responding appropriately to potential adverse events and treatment complications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- A professional, approachable, enthusiastic, and patient-centred attitude.
- A commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and consistently high standards of care.
- An interest in building and maintaining a patient base and contributing to the growth of the practice.
