Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and specialty desserts with precision and creativity
- Decorate cakes and pastries using professional cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products
- Follow established recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality and hygiene standards
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and presentation to maintain freshness and attract customers
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of ingredients




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about baked goods and offering recommendations when needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or working within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Solid knowledge of food handling safety procedures and kitchen hygiene standards
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and bakery operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
