## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated animal care attendant with reception skills to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping our veterinary team with animal care, maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, and communicating with clients in a manner that ensures exceptional animal care and customer satisfaction.

Our clinic is small, and our team is tight-knit with excellent interpersonal communications. Our clinic is welcoming and kind, and there is a 0 tolerance policy for any forms of bullying, or harassment. We expect the ideal candidate to be kind, gentle, and helpful.

Note; Our clinic is closed on the weekend.

## Responsibilities

- Support our veterinarians and veterinary technicians through various duties such as animal restraint, assistance with medical procedures, cleaning kennels etc.
- Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for clients (in-person, phone, text, email), addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular and transparent communication




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and client issues and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner

- Assist the team in maintaining cleanliness of the entire facility.

## Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Experience with dogs and cats in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Proficiency with gmail, and general internet software
- Experience with Avimark Software is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.95-$19.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40.5 per week
