Responsibilities include but not limited to...

- late afternoon cleaning of free stalls and feeding of milk cows

-assist with machinery operation, maintenance, and repair

-animal care and husbandry in the form of bedding of pens, and assisting with animal sorting and vaccinating

-Previous experience working with livestock, machinery,maintenance and repair is preferred but not required

-general farm building and yard maintenance

-willingness to work longer hours during spring,summer, and fall seasons during seeding and harvest

-able to lift 40-60 lbs and some manual labor

-valid driver's licence, class 3 an asset to applicant

- indoor and outdoor work

- self motivation, willing to learn, take instruction and attention to detail

Schedule





-hours subject to change

- 8:30-5:30 with occasional early mornings during spring,summer, and fall seasons

-winter hours- shift work 9 days on 3 days off, early morning and evening chores

Wage based on experience and performance

Advantages listed but after 3 month probationary period

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
