- Job Title: Site Supervisor

- Location: Richmond & Surrounding Areas (Remote work available for off-site tasks)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage both on-site.
- Coordinate construction schedules and ensure workflow efficiency
- Conduct site visits and remote supervision to ensure project progress
- Communicate with construction teams and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and address on-site issues
- Manage documentation, permits, and inspections both on-site and off-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage site hazards
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial & residential renovation or interior fit-outs
- Basic knowledge of framing, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
- Familiarity with permit applications and city inspections
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
