Headliners Beauty Bar is seeking experienced, polished, and talented Hairstylists to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, answering questions,



and managing retail product sales
- Upsell suitable hair care products and add-on services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training
- Foster a positive atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless salon experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, or related beauty services preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued. At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, qualified manner
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Experience working at the front desk or managing appointments is a plus but not required
- A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations
