About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives specializing in attic insulation services.

In this role, you will visit residential neighborhoods throughout Calgary and surrounding communities to connect with homeowners, identify potential insulation needs, and generate sales for attic insulation upgrades and energy-efficiency improvements.

This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working independently, and earning based on their performance. No previous sales experience is required for the right candidate. Training and product knowledge will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighbourhoods across Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Introduce homeowners to our attic insulation services and explain the benefits of proper insulation.
- Identify potential customers who may benefit from attic insulation upgrades, including improved comfort and energy efficiency.
- Generate leads and schedule assessments in accordance with company procedures.
- Build rapport with homeowners and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and help move sales forward.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales.
- Represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and speaking with new people.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel between residential neighbourhoods.
- Ability to work independently.




- A positive attitude, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous door-to-door, retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based – Unlimited Earning Potential

- No hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
