Ton rôle au quotidien

En tant qu’assistant(e) en coiffure, tu seras le bras droit de nos stylistes et coloristes, tout en étant une personne de confiance pour nos clients. Tes principales responsabilités incluront :

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les accompagner tout au long de leur visite.
- Effectuer les shampoings, soins, traitements et massages du cuir chevelu.
- Préparer les clients pour les services techniques (coloration, balayage, mise en plis, etc.).
- Assister les stylistes dans les étapes techniques : application de couleur, rinçage, préparation des produits, etc.
- Sécher et préparer les cheveux pour les coupes ou coiffages.
- Maintenir le salon propre et organisé (postes de travail, outils, brosses, serviettes, espaces communs).
- Contribuer à une ambiance professionnelle, conviviale et rassurante pour la clientèle.

Profil recherché

- Une personne ayant une expérience en salon de coiffure (essentiel).
- Dynamique, professionnelle, avec un excellent sens du service à la clientèle.
- Attitude positive et esprit d’équipe.
- Rapide, organisée et attentive aux détails.

Your Role Day-to-Day

As a hair assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our stylists and colorists, while also being a trusted presence for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming clients and guiding them throughout their visit.
- Performing shampoos, treatments, scalp massages, and hair care.
- Preparing clients for technical services (coloring, balayage, blow-dry, etc.).
- Assisting stylists with technical steps: color application, rinsing, product preparation, etc.
- Blow-drying and preparing hair for cuts or styling.
- Keeping the salon clean and organized (workstations, tools, brushes, towels, common areas).
- Maintaining a professional, friendly, and reassuring atmosphere for clients.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone with previous salon experience (essential).
- Energetic, professional, with a strong sense of customer service.
- A positive attitude and team spirit.
- Fast, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Must live on the island of Montréal (mandatory).
