- Serve as the main point of contact between Ready-Mix Drivers and client personnel.
- Efficiently manage drivers over plant to ensure on time delivery to our customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide customers with updated information regarding their deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints by troubleshooting service and quality related issues.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Maps.
- Responsible for communicating with drivers on route and on job sites to ensure schedules are met.
- Develop the skills necessary to book the right number of drivers and driver start times for the following day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
