Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Labourer to join our growing team at WE-Haul Disposal Services. This role involves a combinations of Driving commercial vehicles, Junk Removal & Site Cleanup, Assisting with Bin Rental operations, and General labour duties on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience driving and be comfortable with heavy lifting, ensuring efficient and safe operations in office.

Duties

- Driving commercial vehicles - Safely operate company trucks to transport junk and debris to designated disposal sites
- Junk Removal & Site Cleanup - Assist with loading and unloading materials, including heavy items that require significant physical effort
- Collect, sort, and remove unwanted items from client locations or job sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and vehicles
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding job assignments and safety concerns
- Assisting with Bin Rental operations
- General Labour duties on residential and commercial job sites.

Qualifications

- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle
- Must be 25 years of age or older




- Experience with heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Ability to operate a truck or similar vehicle safely and responsibly
- Physically fit to perform strenuous activities including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in junk removal, demolition, moving or construction is an asset.

Schedule

40-50 Hours Per Week

Tuesday - Saturday

SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY

Full two-week paid training provided.
