Ivy Homes Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and dependable Maintenance & Construction

Professional to join our team.

We are seeking a well-rounded individual who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and has extensive hands-on experience in both property maintenance and residential construction.

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants must be proficient in:

- Plumbing: Repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and general maintenance.
- Electrical: General repairs, troubleshooting, and installations within applicable licensing requirements.
- Drywall: Installation, repairs, taping, mudding, and finishing.
- Finish Carpentry: Baseboards, casing, trim, doors, and other finishing work.
- Construction & Renovations: Strong hands-on experience in residential construction, renovations, and general repairs.
- Property Maintenance: Ability to diagnose problems and complete a wide variety of maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in residential construction, renovations, and property maintenance.
- Must possess a valid Ontario Full G driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking, and capable of completing projects from start to finish.
- Previous experience operating a construction,



renovation, or maintenance business is considered a solid asset.
