Lloydminster Toyota is growing its service team, and we are looking for an experienced Journeyman Automotive Technician who wants steady work, strong earning potential and the prospect to help develop two promising apprentices.

This is more than an available bay. We are investing in our technicians, our shop capacity and the systems needed to keep good people productive.

What we need from you

- Alberta Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification or recognized equivalent
- Strong diagnostic and repair ability




- Pride in workmanship and complete repair documentation
- Clear communication with advisors, parts staff and fellow technicians
- A willingness to coach and support developing technicians
- A team-first attitude and commitment to doing what is right for the guest
- Hybrid and Electrical diagnosis experience an asset.
- Alberta Out of Province Certification is considered an asset.
- Maintain an inventory of standard automotive tools required for all services completed.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Toyota experience is an asset, but it is not required. A capable technician from another manufacturer will receive the training and support needed to transition to Toyota.

What's You'll Be Doing:

- Service, diagnose, and repair vehicles in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Complete all work in accordance with applicable safety requirements and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive notes on maintenance and diagnostic findings.
- Complete work in a fast-paced environment while meeting customer expectations and promise times.
- Maintain high quality-control standards and attention to detail.
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service with clear,



honest communication when required.
