Duties

- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

- Provide physiotherapy interventions to patients with various conditions, such as acute injuries, chronic pain, or post-surgical rehabilitation

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Open to paediatric physio

- Pelvic floor physio therapy would be a great bonus!

Skills

- Acute care experience: Ability to provide physiotherapy services in a hospital setting, including working with patients in critical care units or post-operative wards

- Proficiency in medical terminology:



Understanding and ability to communicate using medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice

- Patient care: Compassionate approach to patient care, with the ability to establish rapport, listen to patient concerns, and provide emotional support

Wages:

- Percentage split: 65% in favour of the practitioner
