About Lifeline Lifeline Fire Protection has protected buildings across the GTA for over 25 years and is part of the Lifeline Group of Companies, Great Place To Work® Certified. When an alarm panel fails at 2 a.m., our clients count on us, and this role leads our after-hours emergency response.

What you'll do

- Respond to after-hours and emergency fire alarm service calls across the GTA
- Diagnose and restore panels, devices and monitoring communication
- Coordinate with monitoring stations, property managers and the fire department
- Make sites safe and document every call and follow-up deficiency
- Hand over open issues to the day team each morning

What you bring

- Current CFAA Technician registration (required)
- 3+ years of fire alarm service and troubleshooting experience
- Availability for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays on rotation
- Valid Ontario G licence with a clean abstract
- Calm under pressure, with clear communication
