Project Manager/Leader - Senior

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including at least 7 years leading complex IT projects.

- Proven experience independently managing large-scale, high-risk initiatives from planning through implementation and close-out.

- Demonstrated accountability for project budgets, schedules, scope, resource planning, risks, and deliverables.

- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams with competing priorities.

- Proven ability to advise senior executives, facilitate steering committees, resolve escalated issues, and influence strategic decisions.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, organizational change, and interdependent technology systems.

- Ability to identify emerging risks, make informed decisions, and implement mitigation strategies with minimal supervision.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Technical Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience planning and coordinating the modernization of complex, multi-platform IT systems.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements management, technical issue resolution, and JAD facilitation.

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Planview.

- Proven ability to oversee project plans, technical documentation,



migration strategies, and SDLC deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Project Management and Methodologies

- Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex IT projects or technology transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and project governance.

- Experience presenting project performance, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.

- Experience coordinating Threat Risk Assessments (TRA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and implementing resulting recommendations.

- Proven experience managing change control, quality assurance, requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

- Experience implementing project management standards, templates, and reporting processes.

Communication Skills

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to negotiate, resolve escalated conflicts, build consensus, and communicate effectively with executive and technical audiences.

Large-Scale Organizational Experience

- Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT initiatives in large organizations with multiple business units, competing priorities, and interdependent systems.
