About the Position
We're seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded technician who is confident performing both service and installation work, has strong troubleshooting abilities, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Identify system issues and provide effective, reliable solutions.
- Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Valid G2 Gas Technician licence required (G1 an asset).
- 313A or 313D refrigeration licence preferred.
- Previous experience in both HVAC service and installation.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience considered an asset.
