Paragon Auto Mall is seeking highly motivated and results-driven BDC Sales representatives to join our dynamic team at our office in Mississauga, ON.

As a BDC rep, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet daily call targets.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Managing and updating customer databases
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with sales representatives
- Following up with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns or complaints
- Assisting with lead generation and prospecting activities
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet business development goals

- Document all call activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and friendly phone demeanor




- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and comfortable with technology tools
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is preferred but not required

This position requires a motivated individual who can effectively communicate with customers, manage databases, and support the sales team. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records.
