We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our small team and help manage daily order fulfillment. This role focuses on picking, packing, and shipping orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare shipments and shipping documentation
- Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and UPS Trade Direct
- Enter and process orders in Fishbowl inventory system
- Maintain organized warehouse and inventory areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Familiarity with Fishbowl, UPS WorldShip, or similar shipping software
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
- English or French
