TPM Properties is a long-established family owned property management firm looking to expand its operations and management portfolio. We are currently looking for a Licensed Rental (Residential/Commercial) Property Manager and/or Licensed Strata Property Manager to join our team!

Overview:

Reporting to the CEO, through the Managing Broker, the Property / Strata Manager would be responsible to develop and oversee a portfolio of properties to ensure they are effectively and efficiently managed. An extensive training period will be included to ensure the successful incumbent is familiar and comfortable with our systems, processes, and accounting practices. This is a full-time position located in Victoria, BC.

Qualifications:

- BCFSA Rental Management License with 5 years experience - required.
- BCFSA Strata Management License with 5 years experience – required.
- Proficient in MS Office Software - Excel, Outlook, Word, QuickBooks, and Apple experience.
- Class 5 driver’s license – required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Facilitation or presentation experience – required.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency




- Ability to diffuse conflict and manage difficult situations
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with office staff, trades, strata council members, owners, and residents
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service in a high volume and fast paced business workplace
- Knowledge of construction practices a definite asset.
- AI experience a definite asset

Compensation:

We offer a very competitive compensation package; range will be commensurate with experience. This role is performance based .... manage more, make more!
