This role is key to creating memorable customer experiences and building meaningful connections with our community.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Mad Mexican mainly at grocery in-store demo events and pop up activations; engaging customers, sharing our brand story and cooking recipes and gathering insights that help improve our products and market strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

- Invite customers to engage and try Mad Mexican products.
- Deliver key messaging.




- Meeting sales goals
- Use QR codes and surveys to gather customer feedback and market insights
- Accurately record daily sales and complete required event reports
- Handle set up, dismantle, pack, and transport demo equipment (20–50 lbs)
- Conduct inventory checks of products and equipment at events

What You Will Bring

- Ability to reliably commute to event locations across GTA
- Confident interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Full availability for weekend shifts
- Access to a cellular device with internet for on-site communication
- Spanish language ability (preferred, not required)
- Previous demo experience (preferred, not required)

Schedule & Compensation

- Compensation: $21.00 per hour
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Shifts: Primarily grocery in-store demos (weekends)
- Job Type: Part time, In-Person, Seasonal
- Location: Varies by event, GTA
