WELDER (Steady Days)

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has immediate openings experienced Welders in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST be able to read blueprints, have a valid drivers license and your own transportation. Custom Fabrication experience is a MUST!

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 years MIG Welding experience
- Current CWB Certification an asset
- Some fitting experience preferred
- Custom fabrication experience required, not production welding
- Weld fabricated components to assembled structural steel pieces
- Repair machinery by welding steel pieces together
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Able to troubleshoot machinery and resolve mechanical issues




- Forklift and Crane Certification an asset
- Have own welding helmet, gloves, safety shoes and glasses
- MUST have a valid drivers license and own transportation

HOURLY RANGE:

- Pays up to $24/hr Depending on experience level
