Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential. Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry and record keeping.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Assist with account reconciliation to verify ledger accuracy.
- Conduct budgeting support activities and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.




- Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during review processes.

Experience

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Familiarity with account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This position is vital for maintaining accurate financial records that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the organization.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week
