Are you a night owl looking for a fast-paced, steady job with flexible scheduling? Join our overnight team at A&W;! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Night Shift Crew Members to keep our restaurant running smoothly through the night and set the morning team up for success.

Hours: 4–5 shifts per week (combination of 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM – 5:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Friendly and efficient service for late-night drive-thru and front counter guests.
- Food Preparation: Prepare hot, fresh food made with high-quality Canadian ingredients following A&W; standards.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Execute thorough overnight deep cleaning tasks—including equipment teardown and sanitization, detailed floor care, and station restocking.
- Opening Prep: Assist in completing overnight opening duties and prepping ingredient stations for the morning rush.
- Teamwork:



Work independently and collaboratively with your overnight teammate to maintain quality and security standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Reliable transportation to work during late-night and early-morning hours.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous restaurant, fast-food, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
- Food Safety certificate is preferred
