onTrack Occupational Therapy Services, a division of Santé Circle Health, is seeking Registered Kinesiologists with an interest in Industrial Kinesiology to join our team in Cambridge and Woodstock, Ontario. As a Wellness Kinesiologist, you’ll work onsite in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment as part of a collaborative healthcare team. You’ll apply your kinesiology expertise to support employee health, wellness, injury prevention, physical function, comfort, and workplace performance.

This role is ideal for a kinesiologist who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in an industrial setting, and is passionate about using practical, evidence-based approaches to promote employee health, wellness, and functional ability.

This is an hourly position with an expected annual earning range of $47,840 to $58,240, based on full-time hours.

Who You Are:

- Passionate about providing patient-centred care and supporting individuals in achieving their health, wellness, and functional goals.
- Experienced in conducting clinical and functional assessments for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
- Skilled in developing therapeutic exercise programs to support recovery and function.
- Experienced in providing on-site job coaching to promote protected and effective work practices.
- Skilled in identifying ergonomic risk factors and improving body mechanics to prevent and resolve workplace concerns.
- Committed to supporting early and safe return-to-work through proactive intervention and functional guidance.
- Enthusiastic in collaborating with healthcare teams on employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
- Passionate about promoting workplace wellness through prevention, education, and on-site support.





What You Need to be Successful:

- Bachelor of Kinesiology or equivalent degree.
- Registered, and in good standing, with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Successful registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario is a mandatory condition of continued employment in this role.
- Clinical and functional assessment skills, particularly in acute injury management. Experience with repetitive strain injuries is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage responsibilities independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet timelines.
- Strong ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment focused on employee health, safety, and wellness outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote) to support clinical documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Aptitude for making decisions based on clinical and functional assessments.

Our healthcare team operates on rotating weekday shifts aligned with employees’ schedules to ensure consistent care and coverage. The successful candidate must be open to working both early day and late evening shifts as part of this rotation.
