We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer service. The Retail Sales Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a positive shopping setting, optimizing merchandising, and driving overall store performance.

Responsibilities

- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes,



merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
