Job Overview
In this position, you will be expected to paint with and lead a painting crew on various interior and exterior residential painting projects. We are looking to hire Individuals who are hard-working, possess a keen eye for detail, and are strong leaders.

Duties

- Lead 2-3 painters on site
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Apply paint or coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other tools with precision
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete painting tasks
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finishes meet company standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Previous painting experience (2 years minimum) is required
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a vehicle.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
