We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing individual who is passionate about wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional experience.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and customer inquiries.
- Educate guests on our sauna, cold plunge, classes, and memberships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workplace.
- Prepare and maintain our tea lounge and wellness amenities.
- Assist with daily operations, opening and closing procedures.
- Promote memberships, services, and upcoming events.
- Ensure guests follow spa etiquette and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Interest in wellness, sauna, and cold plunge experiences.
- Previous hospitality, spa, or front desk experience is an asset.
