TechTown Dentistry is seeking a permanent, full-time certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is well-organized, demonstrates strong time management skills, and communicates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments according to IPAC standards
- Follow all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and sterilization guidelines
- Maintain a steady flow of instruments for 4 hygienists and 2 dentists in order to support efficient clinical operations
- Maintain and monitor sterilization equipment, logs, indicators, and biological testing
- Assist with operatory turnover, including surface disinfection, barrier placement, and restocking
- Provide chairside assistance as needed.

Schedule:
Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM




No weekends or evenings are required.

Qualifications must include:

- Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II Diploma is required
- NDAEB Certified is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental sterilization or dental assisting role is preferred (training can be provided)
- Strong understanding of IPAC standards and infection control protocols

Compensation:
Hourly wage will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
