Joy Laina Beauty Studio is looking for a talented, professional, and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an established clientele and be confident in providing high-quality hair services while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a commission-based position, ideal for an experienced hairstylist with a strong clientele. Earning potential depends on your clientele, services performed, and overall performance. Applicants should be motivated to maintain and continue growing their client base.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair services, including haircuts, colouring, styling, highlights, balayage, and other treatments within your area of expertise.
- Bring and maintain an existing clientele and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and hair care products.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming, professional salon experience.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, tools, and equipment in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements.




- Manage client appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Recommend appropriate salon products and additional services when beneficial to clients.
- Work professionally and collaboratively with the salon team.

Requirements

- Must have an established clientele.
- Previous experience working as a Hair Stylist.
- Strong skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling, and client consultations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and salon safety practices.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a passion for hairstyling.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the salon environment.
