Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP PM / PCO to lead and manage large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation, transformation, and integration programs across multiple business units and regions.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP programs, project governance, financials, risks, schedules, stakeholder communication, and ERP transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation, transformation, and integration programs across multiple business units and regions.
- Drive project governance, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate deployment, consolidation, and post-implementation activities across Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
- Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project financials, resource allocations, budgets, and adherence to timelines.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, change management processes, and ERP governance frameworks.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover,



and hypercare activities during Oracle Cloud consolidation initiatives.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Drive business process harmonization and coordination across global ERP transformation initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among project stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or PCO roles supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
- Strong experience managing Oracle ERP Cloud transformation and consolidation programs.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including:
- Financials
- Procurement
- Projects
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Human Capital Management (HCM)

- Strong experience with project governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Deep understanding of ERP consolidation, data migration, business process harmonization, and system integration.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Clarity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and consolidation.
- Experience managing global ERP transformation programs.
- Knowledge of change management and organizational readiness practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide ERP modernization and transformation initiatives.
